Football Partnership Model

FCA UK has a successful track record of developing mutually beneficial partnerships with grassroots football clubs to help strengthen the footballing development for players aged 16-19. We believe that the cornerstone of identifying and cultivating talent within football is to create long-term sustainable relationships, and to encourage players to be the best they can be.

Our football development team have the expertise and personnel to support the development of players as well as potentially assist clubs to achieve and evolve. Our Senior Management team have over 50 years’ coaching experience, with two UEFA B company directors, and a UEFA A Licence Head of Football to spearhead the coaching provision of our programmes.

Key services include the following:

  • Coach mentoring, consultancy & CPD

Supporting the needs of club coaches, guided learning, feedback & evaluation and intervention techniques.

  • Training solutions

Providing ongoing support with training frameworks, how to block sessions, preseason conditioning with a ball, in possession / out of possession and session planning

  • Recruitment and try outs

Supporting club’s recruitment processes, supporting trials, Talent ID and player recommendations

  • Coaching workshops

Interactive & engaging manager sessions to support coaching requirements; Positional specific training, how to challenge the elite player, how to motivate, transitional training and incorporating game related scenarios.

  • Coaching constitution

We are able to offer expertise with club constitution & training policy, support implementation of syllabus, coaching aims & development planning, team assignment, allocation & rotation policies and club development structure from youth to U21’s.

  • Match day support and analysis

We have experience supporting games to assist with preparation, warm up methods, team talks, motivation & terminology. Quantative & qualitative analysis and use of video to support observations. This can be notational analysis or enhanced by using video analysis software if allowed.
